Nautical Flow - Transform a Stand Up Paddle board into a floating yoga mat and join us for yoga on the sound. Find your core strength and fluidity in this fusion of body awareness and mindful movement. Our “nautical flow” includes a warm up, sun salutations, modified standing poses, arm balances, seated poses and a gentle surrender into savasana on a floating mat under the sky. It is a blissful retreat from your regular routine. Perfect for beginner paddlers who want to learn better balance and all level yogis who want a new challenge. No experience necessary.

SUP Yoga Fundamentals - A great class to learn the basics of stand up paddle, or to brush up on your skills. Short introduction on land, followed by a paddle out to anchor for a series easily accessible yoga poses, including sun salutations,  that will give you confidence to get deeper. A fun class for all levels.

 

Float & Flow - A vinyasa flow yoga class with a paddle board as your mat! Warm up, sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends, and maybe even an arm balance or an inversion! Savasana will never be so sweet on land again. Open level.

 

SUP Core Balance - A yoga flow class with a focus on strong core work, utilizing the challenge of balancing on the paddle board. Shake up your regular routine.

 

SUP Restore - A gentle, restorative flow class that will connect your spirit and body organically with the elements - earth, water, fire, air and space. The class will close with a short seated meditation. Beyond blissful.

Please arrive 20 minutes before class to sign any waivers and get set up with board. Wear comfy water friendly yoga clothes and a bathing suit (in case of a splash!) Bring a bottle of water, sunscreen, a towel, sunglasses with croquis, a baseball hat, and your adventurous spirit!
